The navy tie, though picking the navy would, in turn, lead me to choose a darker pocket square.

Navy tie also,
Striped tie and plaid shirt is visually confusing.
Like the previous comment i would chose another pocket square, mainly brown

Gotta say the first tie looks awesome, but as mentioned above, doesn’t quite fit right with the shirt.

Navy tie is always a good combination, but in this particulare case the first tie in combination with plaid shirt is better choice.
