How much is shipping?
We offer free worldwide shipping on all products. Express shipping is also optional for a $35 flat fee. More info.
How long does shipping take?
Express shipping: Delivered in 72 hours (mo-fri).
Free shipping: We send out new orders within 24 hours every weekday (mo-fri), but since we’re based in The Netherlands, delivery can take about 3 weeks. Probably a lot shorter shorter, depending on where you live. Note: We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Orders to Russia, Ukraine and other countries with shitty postal service may take longer.
Something I want is out of stock
That’s too bad. We might restock it, but then again, we might not. Please email us to notify us about demand, we listen to our customers carefully..
Do you accept returns?
Only damaged or otherwise incomplete orders can be returned to us for either a full refund or an exchange. So you can’t return a Shirt to change it for another size. We hope that our customers can measure/compare before ordering a shirt. The alternative is that we bump up our prices to include for effort and costs that goes into handling, return-shipping and processing returns. We’re also not comfortable with the thought of reselling shirts to customers that have been tried on before. Please see our terms for more info. For other cases, please contact us and explain your situation, we’ll do our best to work something out fairly. We’re more flexible than the explanation above might make you think, so please contact us.

Only part of my order arrived, where’s the rest?
When you have chosen Free Shipping, it is possible that part of your order arrives a day or two earlier than the rest. Sometimes your order does not fit into one single envelope, and in such cases we simply send out multiple envelopes. We always ship out your complete order on the same day, but they might mix up at the postal office causing the delay.
