1.1 Where can I buy Trashness products?
Our products can only be purchased online via our webshop: www.trashness.com
1.2 What type of material do Trashness products consist of?
The products of Trashness are made of high quality fabrics. Mostly it consists of 100% cotton, merino wool, flannel and cashmere. With the environment taken into account we also try to get the materials as sustainable as possible, making use of oeko tex etc.
1.3 Where are the products produced?
It all starts with the design process in Amsterdam, followed by the whole process of sampling and producing. Trashness is involved in this whole process, where we work together with factories in China, Portugal, Italy and the east of Europe.
1.4 What is the best way to clean Trashness products?
As the products use high quality materials, do not wash warmer than 40 degrees and don’t use the tumble drier.
1.5 How much do Trashness products cost?
Trashness is involved in the complete production process, therefore we can ask faire prices starting from €59 per shirt.
1.6 When does Trashness release new collections?
We want your wardrobe to be as sharp as possible. Therefore our essentials will always be available and our specials will come every month. Check the newsletter and socials to be on time.
1.7 Which size should I choose?
Trashness products are known for their own fit. Please make sure to check the size guide.
2.1 Which countries do you ship to?
We are shipping to the following countries. If it happens that your country is not in this list...please contact us...we will sort you out with the best possible solution.
2.2 How do you guys ship the orders?
We always make sure your order will be safely packed and tracked. We use the following ways of shipping;
- If you order 1 shirt, we use the letterbox which will fit your mailbox
- If you order 3 shirts, we use the shoebox which most of the time fit your mailbox
- If you order more the 3 shirts we use the regular parcel; You need to be at home to receive this.
2.3 What are the shipping costs?
We are offering 2 types of shipping
NL - always free shipping
Europe - €5,99 (free above €50)
Outside Europe - €8,99 (free above €100)
Express worldwide €35 ( free above €250)
2.4 What is your delivery time?
- Free shipping
Delivery time will depend on your country
NL: OOrders will be delivered within 2 business days.
BE: Orders will be delivered within 2 business days.
DE: Orders will be delivered within 3 business days.
FR: Orders will be delivered within 4 business days.
UK: Orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days.
DK: Orders will be delivered within 4 business days.
AT: Orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days.
CH: Orders will be delivered within 4-7 business days.
ES: Orders will be delivered within 8 business days.
IT: Orders will be delivered within 4-7 business days.
Other EU countries: Orders will be delivered within 9 business days.
Outside EU: Orders will be delivered within 9 business days.

2.5 Can I track my order?
After placing your order we will send you an email with the booking confirmation and track and trace information. In the delivery process there will be send several emails to update you with the latest information of the transport.
2.6 Has my order been shipped?
We usually ship your order within 24 hours. If you order on saturday we will ship as soon as possible and at the latest on monday morning.
2.7 What is your returns & exchanges policy?
If you're not 100% satisfied with your item you are able to return your order within 14 days.
2.8 How can I exchange or return my order?
It’s simple to return or exchange your products. All exchanges/returns start by submitting them online first. Just start by entering your order number and postal code on the exchanges & returns page and the rest of the instructions will follow. Within The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, returns/exchanges are free.
2.9 I've returned my order to Trashness. What happens next?
After we receive your items undamaged, we will send you a confirmation and we will refund your money within 30 days considering your payment method and payment provider.
3.1 What is the current status of my order?
Please check your track and trace email. If this won’t work or don’t give an answer to your question please contact us via chat or email.
3.2 Can I still change my order?
We will quickly start with the preparation and shipment of your order. After you did the payment you unfortunately can not change your order.
4.1 Which payment methods do you accept?
We work with the following payment methods; paypal, mastercard, visa, sofort banking, bancontact, maestro, american express, giropay
4.2 How long does it take to obtain a refund?
Within 30 days we will refund your money.
4.3 How much duties and taxes will I have to pay when I order?
During the check-out process, country-, state- or region-imposed sales taxes may be applied. We make sure that almost every time all the costs are known in the check out process. We can’t always guarantee that this is the final price for you. If any additional costs are involved in receiving or importing your order this will be directly charged to you.
