Shipping
Let's start of with telling u that we usually ship your order within 24 hours. If you order on Saturday we will ship as soon as possible and at the latest on Monday morning. We always make sure your order will be safely packed and tracked. We use the following ways of shipping;
- If you order 1 shirt, we use the letterbox which will fit your mailbox
- If you order 2 or 3 shirts, we use the shoebox which most of the time fit your mailbox
- If you order more than 3 shirts we use the regular parcel; You need to be at home to receive this.
Let's move on to the shipping options;
Free standard shipping:
We offer free 'standard' shipping all over the world. Including a track trace code, packed in a good box and a compostable plastic bag (it's not from plastic;)). We care about the environment.
Unfortunately there are some rules for the free shipping:
The Netherlands - always free!
Shipping time: 1-2 working days
EU - Free from €50 (otherwise €5,99)
Shipping time: 3-6 working days
World - Free from €100 (otherwise €8,99)
Shipping time: 5-12 working days

Express shipping:
Because the 'standard' free shipping can be a bit slow for some people we also offer Express shipping. It's super fast and extremely reliable. But as you all know, good things come at a price:
EU & Worldwide - free above €250 (otherwise €29,95)
Shipping time: 1-3 working days worldwide
Ps. Spend a bit more money and you wil get this amazing service for free :)
Returns
It's always possible that you don't like your product or the size is not correct :)
We have a 60-day return policy, which means if you don't love something you can send it back to us within 60 days of receiving your order.
Within The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, returns/exchanges are free.
However, for other countries we do not provide shipping labels and you will have to pay to have it shipped back to us. If you need any help our customer service is always ready to help you!
Please note, all of your returning items MUST BE unused and sent back with original packaging so they can be resold otherwise you will get a partial refund for your returned product.
Refunds are paid within max. 30 days from receiving the returned products - in most cases it is much quicker!
